Mining in Influence is the action in which you will load a core sample into an extractor and extract materials from beneath the surface of your asteroid. Mining pushes extracted materials into an available storage facility, which is typically a warehouse or ship cargo.
To utilize an extractor once completed you will need an active core sample. If you haven’t taken any core samples before, review the core sample mechanic within the core sample guide.
